Zara's is an Acoat-selected shop that has achieved the coveted certifications of I-CAR Gold Class and ASE Blue Seal of Excellence. Following each repair from beginning to end, our production manager monitors the repair process, keeps customers informed of the status of their repair, and ensures the timely completion of repairs.

Computerized Estimating and Communication
We use all of the major estimating software systems; CCC Pathways, Audatex, Shoplink, and Mitchell Ultramate. This allows us to communicate electronically with every insurance company. A computer generated estimate also ensures accuracy and integrity when restoring your damaged vehicle.

Customer Service Indexing
To ensure our customers are completely satisfied with the service they receive at Zara's Collision Center, we use a third-party company called CSI Complete to poll customers on their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the repairs, the center and the insurance company. Our CSI average over the past 12 months is 99.6%!
